• No Large Bags: Luggage and large bags are not allowed on this tour due to Hoover Dam security restrictions.
• Hotel Pick-Up: Pick-up times vary by hotel. Please confirm with the operator at least 72 hours before departure.
• Child Policy: Children 2+ require a car seat or booster. Infants under 24 months are considered lap children. Infants must be carried on the Skywalk if a ticket is purchased.
• A minimum of 2 passengers is required for the West Rim Airplane Tour to operate.
• As our buses are not lift-equipped, wheelchairs must be stored in the luggage compartment, and guests will need assistance from their companions to board and disembark.
