Description

This is a semi-private group class where the instructor will review the entire process of creating art forms out of glass on the torch (a.k.a. Flameworking, Lampworking, or glassblowing by torch). To begin, The instructor will go through the safety procedures and answer any questions you may have, then you will watch the instructor create a glass item, then you will take charge of the torch and create your own glass item as the instructor guides you step by step. In this class you will make a leaf bottle stopper and a leaf pendant/ornament. You will be able to take your hand made treasure with you to show off to your family and friends.

You will be getting a five star glass blowing by torch experience. We provide all glass. We provide all tools. We provide coffee or water. Just show up and have some fun.

• Wear comfortable clothes that you don't mind getting dirty Closed-toe shoes are required for safety reasons Participants must be at least 12 years old Pregnant women and individuals with back problems are advised not to participate You will be able to take your creations home, but they need to cool down first. Arrangements will be made for pickup or delivery.
