After a long week of work travel and multiple flight delays, Shay and Belle at the front desk were incredibly helpful in securing a last-minute reservation for us. They met us with so much kindness, flexibility, and understanding when we truly needed it. Their willingness to go above and beyond made a stressful travel experience so much easier. We sincerely appreciate their hospitality and the effort they made to accommodate us. We will absolutely be staying here again!
I love The staff here and I’m so excited for my stay in a few weeks. I just contacted their front desk and they are super accommodating to persons with disabilities and they are super super sweet. I’m so excited to come and I’m beyond thankful that this hotel is away from the busy strip and I can tell that they take pride in cleanliness which is so important! The other beauty is it still near restaurants and shops but away from all the craziness and this is truly the best fit. Amazing service!
We always stay at Marriot because their hotels are always so good. But this loft style I can say I am not a fan. The rooms are tiny, they locked the air conditioner buttons so we can not adjust the temperature Of the room. It is cheap IKEA style decor and furniture. No closet, not a huge fan of having the bathroom open to the whole room. Very disappointed in this room. Will never go to a loft hotel again.
Stayed here after hiking the Grand Canyon and it was PERFECT! Amazingly cute place. The shower and beds were epic and just what we needed. The bar is excellent and the drinks were delicious. Such a cool vibe.
The staff were welcoming and professional. Our rooms were clean and had a distant view of the strip. We were only there for one night so we didn’t get a chance to enjoy the splash pool or the gym but there were others using both and they all seemed happy and contented. We actually forgot a charger in the room and called 2 days later to ask if they found it. Not only was it in lost and found, but she promised she’d keep it for us when we got back to Vegas in a week, which was beyond what we expected. Def will be staying at this hotel on our next visit.
