Description
Pickup is available from three points on the Las Vegas Strip: Mandalay Bay, Venetian, and Bellagio. From there, you will be transported to the Colorado River banks where the kayaking adventure begins.
Paddle through volcanic canyon walls reaching 900 feet and navigate past large volcanic boulders at Black Canyon's entrance. The tour includes a hike up a hill to learn about local history and gain panoramic views of the canyon.
You will enter a cave where you can observe emerald green water. Throughout the tour, watch for wildlife such as desert bighorn sheep, osprey, falcons, bald eagles, and great blue herons in their natural habitats along the shorelines.

Important Information
- You will get wet during the tour, at least up to your knees. The river temperature stays around 53°F (10.5°C) year-round. Bathing suits are recommended in hot months if you plan to swim.
- The river has no white water rapids, but wind and flow can create choppy water, rolling waves, or large swells. The kayaks are stable, and most participants remain in their boats throughout the tour.
