- Lower Antelope Canyon has several ladders
- Book a private tour if traveling with a child under 3 years old
- Shared tours require a minimum number of travelers; if not met, you will be offered a different date, alternative experience, or full refund
- Tours may switch vehicles from bus to van without compensation if minimum numbers are not met or for operational reasons
- Children under 8 years old and 4’9” (145 cm) or shorter must have a child seat; inform the operator in advance
- Arrival times may be delayed due to weather or traffic; no refunds for delays affecting plans outside the tour
- In case of tour cancellation due to bad weather, an alternative date will be offered; partial refunds apply if attractions close
- During summer, expect to hike 1.5 miles (2.4 km) in extreme heat without shade at Horseshoe Bend
