- Flights must be reconfirmed 72 hours prior to departure.
- Changes or cancellations allowed up to 72 hours before flight time. No-shows are charged in full with no refunds.
- All passengers 18 and older must present a government-issued photo ID (REAL ID–compliant driver’s license or valid passport). Photocopies or digital images are not accepted. No ID means denied check-in and no refund.
- Check-in is required at least 30 minutes before departure. Late arrivals will be denied boarding without refund.
- A minimum of four passengers is required for each flight.
- Seating is assigned based on legal weight and balance limits and cannot be guaranteed together.
- Passengers weighing 300 lbs or more must purchase an additional seat.
- Children aged two years and older require their own seat. Children under two may sit on an adult's lap with a birth certificate.
- Intoxicated guests may be denied service without refund.
